Chiropractic care is a form of natural healthcare that focuses on the joints, muscles and nervous system. When these systems are not functioning optimally it can lead to many neuromusculoskeletal complaints like neck and back pain, pain in the arms and legs, and headaches. Because the spine is so closely related to the nervous system, deterioration or misalignments can sometimes lead to symptoms and conditions that you might not associate with the spine. These misalignments or fixations can affect many aspects of your health.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a type of traditional Chinese medicine that uses the insertion of very thin needles into the skin to treat many types of ailments. Acupuncture can be used to help with headaches, back pain, trigeminal neuralgia, fertility and more.

Combination Therapy

Combination therapy utilizes both acupuncture and chiropractic care in a single visit.

Dr. Bethany Meeks D.C.

Dr. Meeks is a native of Fairfield. She graduated from Fairfield Community High School in 2004 and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in 2008 from Bethel College in McKenzie, TN. In 2011, she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Logan University in Chesterfield, MO.

Dr. Meeks purchased the Fairfield Chiropractic Clinic in 2012. Since that time she has helped many area families stay healthy. She is a member of the Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, through which she received specialized training in the care of the pediatric and pregnant populations. She is also Webster Technique certified which is a technique specifically for pregnant women.

Dr. Meeks resides in Flora, IL with her husband, Andy, and their dog, Oreo. In her free time, she enjoys camping and SCUBA diving.
